PATRIOT Act Certification
The USA PATRIOT Act requires U.S. financial institutions to obtain certain information related to foreign banks that maintain relationships at U.S. financial institutions. In order to comply with these requirements Anglo Irish Bank Corporation (International) PLC, has prepared a Global Certification for use by any financial institution that requires a PATRIOT Act Certification from Anglo Irish Bank Corporation (International) PLC.
This Certification should be used as a primary reference for any business which has a correspondent account with Anglo Irish Bank Corporation (International) PLC.
Anglo Irish Bank Corporation (International) PLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anglo Irish Bank Corporation Limited who is regulated by the Financial Regulator in Ireland.

The solvency of the Isle of Man subsidiary entity is heavily dependent on the financial standing of the parent/group entity(ies), although depositors should, in the first place, form their own view of the financial soundness of the Isle of Man entity based on publicly available information.
